The 2011 Annual Spring Exhibition at Women Painters of Washington Gallery in downtown Seattle showcases the diverse talents of more than 50 member artists who reside in 18 cities in the greater Puget Sound region.  The artists, who work in a variety of media including watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media, collage, colored pencil, and pastel, continue the 80-year legacy of excellence begun by the organization’s founders in October, 1930.

The wide range of styles, subjects, and media by award-winning artists make this a “must see” exhibition.

JUROR

Juliette Aristides is a Seattle-based painter who seeks to understand and convey the human spirit through art. She is the Director of the Classical Atelier at the Gage Academy of Fine Art in Seattle and is the author of several books. She is also listed as a living Master by the Art Renewl Center. Her work is represented by Skotia Gallery in Santa Fe NM and John Pency Gallery in San Francisco CA.
