“OBSERVATIONS”, the newest exhibition at Women Painters of Washington Gallery in downtown Seattle, showcases the diverse talents of 55 member artists from the greater Puget Sound area whose media include watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media, collage, colored pencil and pastel.
